Odizma-Hermes-email is an assistant that helps a business owner handle customer email. After the owner signs in with Google and gives consent, the app:

• reads messages that customers send to the business addresses that forward into the owner's Gmail;
• drafts and sends replies to customer questions on the owner's behalf, using the business's own "Send mail as" address;
• labels handled messages, so the owner can see what was answered;
• alerts the owner about messages that need a personal reply.

The app does not read unrelated personal mail, does not sell data, and does not use Gmail data for advertising. The owner can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
